Customer Service Coordinator
MONTREAL, CANADA- Receive and manage customer requests
- Confirm that the scope of the certification project meets the needs of the client
- Issue lab quotations and send them to the customers
- Ensure the receipt of the purchase order (P.O.)
- Assisting the client in its certification project
- Collaborate with the sales team as needed
- DEC / BAC in administration, consumer sciences or equivalent
- Bilingual spoken and written (French and English), Spanish is an asset

EMV Migration Consultant
Taipei, Taiwan- Provide certification services for both Issuer and Acquirers
- Provide on-site testing and training at bank premises

- Technical knowledge of EMV, ISO7816 and ISO14443
- Experience with EMV migration

TSM Software Engineer
Caen, France• Develop test tools for TSM evaluation
• Ensure qualification of TSM test software
• Provide technical support to labs to build test methodologies
• Masters degree, or equivalent, in a technical field
• Experience in TSM / OTA platforms, USIM management
• GlobalPlatform, 3GPP, ETSI UICC specifications, SoapUI test tool and Tomcat software
• Understanding of NFC adapters, embedded SE, key management, personalisation

Security Project Manager
Caen, France / Taipei, Taiwan• Lead security evaluation projects (consulting, expertise, evaluation of secure microcontrollers, smartcards, terminals or mobiles)
• Perform security audits, fuzzing tests on smartcards and code reviews for applets, MIDlets and Android applications
• Participate in pre-sales efforts and represent FIME in international technical working groups
• Expertise in smart card or IT security evaluation (code review, EMVCo, CAST, VCSP, Common Criteria evaluations)
• Software development background: PKI, C, Javacard, Unix, Android, Symbian, Windows Mobile
• Fluent English
RF Test Engineer
Caen, France / Montréal, Canada / Taipei, Taiwan / Seoul, Korea• Carry out contactless test plans according to the EMVCo, MasterCard or Visa test requirements on both smartcards and readers.
• Write test reports in English
• Optimise our tests solutions and test benches
• Analyse "FAIL" verdicts
• Standards and specifications watch
• Degree in Science, Engineer qualification or equivalent formal education, with experience in RF
• Interest in electronics, testing and measuring (comfortable with digital scopes, spectrum and network analyzers…)
• Knowledge of Labview software and the ISO 17025 requirements for testing laboratories
• Fluent English
Electronic Banking Application Test Engineer
Caen, France / Montréal, Canada / Taipei, Taiwan• Carry out application software testing on both smartcards and readers
• Analyse results and edit test reports
• Standards and specifications watch
• Degree in Science or Engineering, or equivalent formal education
