What is not covered by warranty and maintenance contracts?
1FIME warranty and maintenance contracts do not cover installation support and training to use the tools.

In addition, the following is not covered regarding MasterCard ETEC test cards:
- Lost, broken or PIN-blocked cards.
- Cards with expired date of validity (date embedded in the chip).
- New Interop cards that are part of the UPGFI215A upgrade.
2The Smartspy is not covered by FIME warranty and maintenance contracts for the following:

- Smartspy devices with discharged batteries.
- New hardware versions to replace the current installed version.
