FIME, a leading smartcard and terminal testing solutions provider, and Integri, the leading provider of test tools and services for electronic transactions, today announced the agreement to build future FIME test tools on Integri's INQ Open Platform. As part of this agreement, the INQ platform will be automatically included as part of the FIME's products line.
