Responsibilites

  • Answer technical questions from customers (English).
  • Help customers in resolving the incident they have with Fime RF Test Benches.
  • Analyze, reproduce and track the bugs raised by customers.
  • Assist customers in connecting their devices/interfaces with the FIME RF Test Benches, Analog and Protocol solutions
  • Onboard customers with their FIME RF Test Benches Installation.
  • Contribute on product deliverables.
  • Contribute on processes and products/services improvement to get customer satisfaction.

Knowledge & skills

  • BS. degree in Computer Science / electronic.
  • Fluent English mandatory.
  • Customer-oriented mindset.
  • Familiar with the ITIL vocabulary.
  • Excellent technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Use of incident and problem management tracking tools. Knowledge of EMV Contactless (Book D) / NFC Forum / ISO specifications (terminals and cards) – RF, analog, protocol part..
  • Knowledge of ISO-27002 practices would be a plus
