Customer Service Professional

You will be responsible for encouraging effective communications among team members, stakeholders, and vendors; creating high-quality & efficient services for customers, front-to-end following up projects to guarantee the feasibility and delivery.

Responsibilites

  • Entry point between lab and customers: Handle customers’ requests and schedule test sessions, send quotations of lab services requests, inform customers of different test authority processes, weekly reporting to key customers accounts.
  • Lab interactions & Test session organization: Collect required documents and samples sent by customers, monitor test session scheduling, ensure testing session progress is provided to customers, validate operator time sheets and trigger invoicing for project closing.
  • Sales interactions: Inform customers on Fime Offers, tools and contribute to Global Offers; keep key account managers updated with VIP customers’ product certifications, new requests & business opportunities; support sales for contracts negotiations, customer visits.

Knowledge & skills

  • Excellent coordination skills.
  • Fluent Japanese and English is a must.
  • Outstanding communication skills.
  • Sound logical thinking.
  • Nice personality to handle possible customer complains.
