Responsibilites
- Answer technical questions from customers by email or telephone (English)
- Help customers in resolving the incident they have with Fime Standalone L2/L3 Tools and Cloud services.
- Analyze, reproduce, and track the bugs raised by customers in purpose to help R&D or IT teams to fix them as soon as possible
- Assist customers in connecting their devices/interfaces with the Standalone L2/L3 Tools and Cloud Services
- Onboard customers with their L2/L3 Tools Installation and Cloud Services connection – potential remote session and training
- Contribute on product deliverables (User Manual, How to, FAQ and Datasheet)
- Contribute on processes and products/services improvement to get customer satisfaction
Knowledge & skills
- BS. degree in Computer Science / electronic
- Fluent English mandatory
- Customer-oriented mindset
- Familiar with the following ITIL vocabulary: Incident, Problem, Change, Swarm
- Excellent technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills
- Use of incident and problem management tracking tools
- Knowledge of L2/L3 payment scheme specifications (terminals and cards)
- Knowledge of ISO-27002 practices would be a plus
