Responsibilites
- Define the targets for his/her department and their deployment in agreement with the Global FS Manager and with FIME policy
- Gather and provides data, dashboards indicators to the Global FS Manager for the regional activity follow-up
- Attend regular meetings with other regional managers and the Global FS Manager
- Coordinate with other FS Regional Managers regarding the worldwide workload distribution
- Train the sales force on the minimum level requested on the products and services
- Support the sales during the Bid and coordinate technical delivery
- Management of regional technical resources in terms of objectives, task allocation, performance
- Coordination of non-BAU projects:
- Manages resources allocation for long duration services
- Ensure services are delivered and billed correctly
Knowledge & skills
- Very good knowledge of EMV and scheme specifications and requirements
- In deep knowledge of certification authorities specifications
- Project management skills
- Mastering test techniques and procedures
- Good knowledge of quality system and procedures
- Excellent communication skill
- Customer oriented
- Excellent understanding of the tools and ability to edit scripts when needed
- Team management skills

Job experience
- Degree in computer science or information technologies
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Experience of working in international/multi-cultural environments
