Laboratory Test Engineer - L2 Terminal

Performed at Seoul and under the responsibility of the Activity Manager , we are looking for our new Test Engineer.

Responsibilites

  • Work in ISO 17025 accredited test laboratory.
  • Perform contact/contactless certification tests for payment terminals & kernels (for example ATM, transportation card reader, credit card reader).
  • Testing activities also include application, performance, integration and combination testing.
  • Carry out the tests in agreement with customer requests and test methods for EMVCo and other payment / transportation certification schemes (in agreement with the planning defined by Testing Manager of the corresponding activity).
  • Formalize test reports.
  • Provide technical consulting services to customers.
  • May involve local or overseas travel for customer support or internal training.

Knowledge & skills

  • Client oriented, good communication skills (written and oral).
  • Proactive, autonomous and rigorous while working within a team environment.
  • Confidentiality over sensitive data.
  • Communicable English skills are necessary in order to communicate with foreign colleagues and managers.
  • Fluent in Korean.

Job experience

  • Bachelor degree in Computer science, telecommunication, electronic, electricity or RF.
  • At least 3+ years of experience in hardware/software testing, qualification or quality assurance.
  • Experience with EMV specification would be a plus.

  • Full time permanent
