QA Analyst

Your role will be to provide customers test & certification services in the payment industry. Our customers are North & South American banks and you will support them directly during their payment migrations (POS, ATM, debit/credit card, mobile and authorization systems).



  • Provide tests and certifications services based on payment networks authorities certification requirements.
  • Support banks during their payment certification and provide guidance about the process.
  • Provide technical support to banks regarding issues on cards and/or terminals.
  • Participate in cooperative tools to share team knowledge and experience.
  • Provide status updates to managers.
  • Work with an international team to support banks in others regions with their certification.

Knowledge & skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, IT or any other relevant diploma.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Knowledge of payment solutions and technologies (asset).
  • Analytical mind and shows interest in new technologies in the payment industry.
  • Curious, detailed oriented in the resolution of issues & bugs.
  • Proactive, autonomous and rigorous while working within a team environment.
  • Ability to communicate with customers and team members at both technical and commercial level.
  • Ability to assimilate/correlate large amounts of information.
  • Confidentiality over sensitive data.
