Sales Executive
The Sales Executive is the customer's first contact for financial service test tools and certification services at Fime. You will also prepare quotations, process orders, follow up on ongoing projects and provide first responses on any incoming request through our common inbox. Your customers will be from Latin America.
Responsibilites
- You will be accountable for the sales process for the list of customers or countries by putting in place all the necessary actions (calls, emailing, guidance, quotations and proposals)
- You will record sales/orders information and maintain accurate records into the company’s CRM
- You will manage Customer requests (commercial, administrative, first technical level; by e-mail and telephone)
- You will handle customers purchase orders for the different Fime activities (reception, validation, follow-up)
- You will develop customer loyalty through high quality communication and customer service approach
- You will promote the catalog of Fime services and tools to customers
Knowledge & skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills that will build solid customer relationships
- Bilingual (written and oral) in English (or French) and Spanish
- French is an asset (French courses can be paid by Fime*)
- Be Customer oriented
- Good organizational skills
- Proactive and autonomous
