Responsibilites

Preparing and delivering white papers and presentations. Assisting in the production of necessary marketing collateral, including presentations, web content, sales tools, data sheets, brochures, training materials and other literature through close liaison with other teams. 

Supporting the sales team to grow our consulting market segment.

Scoping and prioritizing activities based on business and customer impact.

Building awareness of major market trends and understanding the requirements of payment and transport decision makers.

Working closely with our engineering and consulting teams to leverage Fime's existing testing tools and services to create a unique service offering.

Driving the creation of additional consulting and testing service solutions.

Required skills

  • Five years' B2B service and product management experience in a consulting company.
  • Track record of independently building and launching payment consulting services within time, budget and quality constraints.
  • Demonstrated ability to turn customer needs and pain points into innovative products.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, along with the tenacity to develop ideas independently and drive them to completion.
  • Domain knowledge of EMV® open-loop payments, mobile ticketing, mass transit, open banking, EMV 3DS and biometrics is preferable.
