Head of the Customer Success Project Managers
Responsibilites
- Lead and manage Customer Success Project Managers across various regions.
- Collaborate with VP Services to define and execute CSPM strategy aligned with company objectives.
- Implement and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of leadership and team management initiatives.
- Consolidate data and provide routine updates to the VP Services on global project planning status, issues, and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate project scheduling with regional teams to ensure project timelines are met and customer expectations are exceeded.
- Coordinate process automation and workflow efficiency of Fime systems to streamline customer success operations.
Knowledge & skills
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, particularly in high-pressure situations.
- Ability to work effectively across different regions and time zones.
- Ability to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
- Adaptability to evolving customer needs, market dynamics, and industry trends.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken); multilingual skills preferred.
