This training course provides an overview of using mobile ticketing technologies (QR Code, NFC, SE, HCE etc.) in Automatic Fare Collection (AFC) systems. It offers insight and guidance to those considering or planning to implement a mobile ticketing system within their transport infrastructure.

Audience

Transport ticketing stakeholders and management and staff members considering or planning to implement a mobile ticketing system.

Prerequisites

Basic knowledge on transport Automatic Fare Collection (AFC) systems. Completion of the “AFC – Ecosystem overview” training would be an advantage.

Prérequis
